Woke up this morning feeling fairly rested, even after last nights sleeplessness... Damn Nachos!
Get to eat this morning and Oatmeal actually sounds pretty good. Oats with a scoop of chocolate protein powder and a Tbsp of peanut butter makes a very tasty, healthy breakfast treat.
About 2 hours later I go out to breakfast with Lisa... French toast with two eggs and bacon. I eat this meal at least once a week during normal circumstances (only after a training session), but today it didn't agree with me. This program is creating a significant intolerance for less nutritious foods.
MRP Shake at about 1:30. Hungry at 3 not much food around, had a serving of nuts..... off to find some food.
