After years of trying to make sense of the best way to maintain a level
of fitness in my life it was refreshing to read Travis' perspective on
the subject. His approach is more holistic than I have heard before and
offers training as a means to an end and not the end itself. What I
liked the most about the book is that it was not a lecture or presented
as "the only way", but included the individual reader in the overall
concept, from goal setting all the way through.
