I suffered
from chronic lower back pain for years and during my second pregnancy
it got even worse. After I had my baby I started going to a
chiropractor 3 times a week. He told me that my weight was a big part
of the problem. By the time my baby was 5 months old I was still
wearing my maternity jeans. I knew I had to do something. I got the gym
membership and tried all the diets. The only thing I lost was hope.
Then
I started training with Travis Speegle and his staff of coaches. For
me, the combination of regular scheduled workout times and having the
attention of my own personal trainer was the key. My trainer kept me
motivated and the sessions were tough but fun. I know that in a regular
gym I would never have pushed myself hard enough to get the results I
wanted this quickly.
After 12 weeks, I went from a size 16 to a size 8. My back feels great and I have more energy than ever. I truly enjoy running around with my kids now and I feel like a better mom. My family and Travis are so proud of me and I am proud of myself too. Everyone deserves to feel this good.
