I have some great news. Over the past week I have been doing a little shopping, because everything was falling off of me.
I have officially gone from a size 22, to a size 16 in less than 9 weeks!
I still have a way to go, but I wont stop now, I am more motivated now than when I started. Thank you so much for helping me with my progress so far!

I can't believe it! In just two weeks, I lost 2 inches from my waist and 1/2-inch off each arm and 1/2-inch off each thigh. I have definitely firmed up, my butt is higher, my belly is smaller. I feel better and I'm taking better care of myself, like getting my hair and nails done. Your program, just doesn't change your looks, but your mindset too! It makes you think...This is the only body I have, I better keep it in shape!

I suffered
from chronic lower back pain for years and during my second pregnancy
it got even worse. After I had my baby I started going to a
chiropractor 3 times a week. He told me that my weight was a big part
of the problem. By the time my baby was 5 months old I was still
wearing my maternity jeans. I knew I had to do something. I got the gym
membership and tried all the diets. The only thing I lost was hope.
Then
I started training with Travis Speegle and his staff of coaches. For
me, the combination of regular scheduled workout times and having the
attention of my own personal trainer was the key. My trainer kept me
motivated and the sessions were tough but fun. I know that in a regular
gym I would never have pushed myself hard enough to get the results I
wanted this quickly.
After 12 weeks, I went from a size 16 to a size 8. My back feels great and I have more energy than ever. I truly enjoy running around with my kids now and I feel like a better mom. My family and Travis are so proud of me and I am proud of myself too. Everyone deserves to feel this good.

It takes a lot to impress a United States Marine when it comes to
fitness. We like to think we wrote the book. Over my 16 years in the
Corps, I have worked with Travis Speegle on numerous physical training
regiments. I have attained all of my fitness goals as a result of Travis' training program. I was on an extended deployment and decided my main goal, besides staying alive, was to put on as much muscle mass as possible. So I did what every other weight trainer does; a lot of weight, pyramid regiment and of course weight gainer supplements. I got results, but nothing extraordinary. I contacted Travis via email and he designed a program for me that resulted in more muscle mass and strength gains than I had ever attained in half of the gym time. Even though I was specifically training for strength, I came home with a bench press of over 315 pounds! Later in my career, I became more concerned with strength and endurance as it relates ot the Marine Corps physical fitness test. My goal was a perfect score on the fitness test. Once again I emailed Travis for assistance. His program was unlike anything I had seen. I followed the program and received a perfect score! That's 20 dead hang pull-ups, a 3-mile run in 18 minutes and 100 crunches. I have benefited from years of online training with Travis. I have met very few people that compare with Travis' abilities and knowledge. I am looking forward to my next fitness goal because whatever it is, I know Travis will be able to get me there. I am a
55-year-old elementary school teacher and single mother. I feel at
times, stressed and generally overwhelmed with life. I found the answer
